Site lock
What is Site Lock?
We want as many people as possible to enjoy what Tofino and Ucluelet have to offer!
In order to do so, we use a feature in our reservation system that optimizes the campground’s bookings. This allows the system to move reservations around to maximize our campground occupancy.
More guests in the campground - more people enjoy the west coast!
-
It’s possible that our system will automatically move your reservation to another site.
If you already booked and didn’t pay for Site Lock, but you’ve changed your mind, you can contact us and we’d be happy to update your reservation for you if it isn’t too late!
-
Nope!
The system takes many factors into account, such as:
Total length of the campsite
Maximum length allowed in that site
Any amenities that may be linked to that site
Example:
You have a 30ft RV and you booked a site that allows RV’s up to 35ft. (Maybe the site itself is 40ft total).
The system will only move you to a site that allows the equivalent or more than what you originally booked. So you might end up with a site that allows 38ft RV’s and the total length of the site could be 45ft.*It’s important to note that the site width is not taken into account. If you’re concerned about this, please lock your site!
-
Your reservation may be moved up to 3 days before your arrival. After that, your site will be guaranteed.
You will receive an email in case your site has changed.
